Binar Academy × MSIB Kampus Merdeka with M. Rakhmat Setiawan as Facilitator 🌟 Grateful for the Transformation in Product Management 🚀 I am thrilled to share my journey of growth and transformation during my time at the Product Management Bootcamp. 🎓 As the program comes to an end, I cannot express enough gratitude for the valuable lessons, experiences, and connections I've gained. From day one, I knew I was stepping into a world of limitless possibilities. The curriculum was thoughtfully designed, covering every aspect of product management, from ideation to launch and beyond. The hands-on projects and real-world simulations helped me develop a deep understanding of the entire product lifecycle. But what truly made this bootcamp exceptional were the incredible mentors and industry experts who generously shared their knowledge and experiences. Their guidance and insights challenged me to think differently, push boundaries, and unlock my potential as a product manager. The supportive community that formed within the bootcamp was a constant source of inspiration. Collaborating with like-minded individuals from diverse backgrounds not only broadened my perspective but also enhanced my problem-solving skills. The camaraderie and teamwork we fostered will undoubtedly extend beyond the program. I am proud to say that through dedication and hard work, I have emerged as one of the most progressive students in the bootcamp. It is a humbling experience to see how far I've come in such a short span of time. I have gained a solid foundation in product management principles, honed my analytical and strategic thinking abilities, and developed strong communication and leadership skills. I extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire Product Management Bootcamp team for their unwavering support, encouragement, and belief in my potential. This transformative experience has laid the groundwork for a successful career in product management, and I cannot wait to contribute my skills and expertise to the industry. To my fellow bootcamp graduates, congratulations on our collective achievement! Let's continue to push the boundaries, embrace innovation, and make a positive impact in the world of product management. Together, we have the power to shape the future. I am afraid. 😔 I am not sure I can afford it. 😔 I want to know the mentorship fee before I even register. 🤔 Is there any discount? 🤔 What is the duration and program logistics to prepare ahead? 🤔 Is it too late to apply since you mentioned limited slots are available? 🤔 These and many more are the concerns of some individuals who have applied and those who haven't but are sending DMs. I am only admitting 20 mentees for this maiden edition of my mentorship sessions because I will interact with each of you individually. You will work on personal projects and assignments, and there will also be group activities. To address all the entry and aspiring PMs' concerns regarding registration and payment details for my mentorship session. Here are the steps you need to follow to apply: ✅ Step 1: Register using this link: https://lnkd.in/dy-vaRe4 Upon successful registration, an email will be sent to you with further instructions. 📌 ✅ Step 2: Proceed to make payment using this link on my Selar store: https://selar.co/w80kg1 Upon successful payment, you will be redirected to my mentees' Slack community, where you can connect with fellow mentees and receive program logistics as we prepare for the session starting in July. I am Oyindamola Oye-Daniel a.k.a #ProductBosslady 🫂 I hope I have addressed all your concerns. Please let me know in the comments section if you have more questions. 🤗 P.S. The flyer in the comment section answers all these questions, right? #products #productmanagers #productmanagement #aspiringpms #entrylevelpms #productmanagementmentorship

When is the Right Time to Share? This question keeps popping in my head lately: is there a right time to share information, especially about one’s learning? Yes, I know that to speak with people, you need to find the right time to talk to them, depending on the content of the information. In my case, I kept wondering if no one would find it interesting. Anyway, I believe now is the right time! Remember, I started the WomenTechsters Fellowship early last month. Well, the first eight working days of October were dedicated to orientation. Afterwards, I got added to my group for lessons, where I met an amazing and intelligent set of women learning under a brilliant product manager. Last Thursday officially made it a month since I started immersing myself in an undiluted dose of weekly knowledge in product management. So far, we have covered the following: Introduction to product management: Where I learnt the various definitions, types and careers in PM. I was exposed to critical skills a PM must possess, and surprisingly, I have almost all the skills on the list. Research: Here, I learned to collect data, process them, utilise and generate user personas from them. I also learnt about some tools I can use. As PM, the focus was on user research as it is critical in product development and saves companies a lot of money. Product Methodologies and Product Development Life Cycle: Next, I learned about the methodologies and frameworks out there. It will interest you that I want to work on a team that uses waterfall methodology. The PDLC is one of my favourite topics; it gives a clear insight into the life cycle of a product. It helped me understand that there is a process for product development, and skipping anyone can affect the outcome. Another exciting aspect of the sessions is the group assignment and presentation. It widens my mind to different ideas, viable products and bringing an idea to life. In the coming week, I look forward to learning more about Product Management, especially the documentation aspect of it. PS: This is really long because it is a summary of 5weeks of learning. Next time, I will report weekly to give you more details.
