In yet another proud moment for Nykaa, our founder and CEO, Falguni Nayar was honored for her #corporate and #philanthropic leadership at the American India Foundation’s (AIF) Annual Gala held by the New York Chapter at Cipriani Wall Street. Falguni Nayar received the prestigious recognition alongside Michael Miebach, CEO of Mastercard as exemplars of inspirational, passionate leaders who have left an indelible mark in their respective fields and driven transformative impact in the communities they serve. At the Gala, Falguni also announced the a 3-year association between AIF and Nykaa to promote and encourage STEM education for girls in India. Speaking about the association, Falguni said, "I am very grateful for this recognition by AIF. Nykaa was created with a vision to empower women to be the protagonist of their lives, and to live life with a spotlight on themselves. In an effort to equalize opportunities and empower girls with confidence to follow their dreams- today I am proud to announce a 3-year association between AIF and Nykaa that will equip more girls with the resources to follow their true passion into STEM education.” Congratulations to Falguni and here's to many more!

I don't want to greet you, Falguni Nayar, and all those who are in this email. I have tried to contact your customer care through calls, chat, and social media, but there has been no response. My order's estimated delivery date was 08/06/2024, but it has still not been delivered. Since then, I have raised almost 50 complaints through chat, tickets, and calls. I even tagged you on X (Twitter). It seems that you don't value your customers. I have faced many issues while trying to connect with your customer care team. Is this how you treat your common customers, or do you only provide good service to celebrities or those who spend 1 lakh or more? If so, I will never buy anything from Nykaa again. Amazon has the best customer care and complaint resolution—I got a resolution within two days. I want my order delivered on an urgent basis, and I also want compensation for the delay. I don't want any coupons or discounts, please. .NYK-210409862-1813000

Is this new strategy being used or what???? I placed an order for 6 items out of which 2 were missing when got delivered. You have replaced one as it was low value but now denying to deliver the other item. I have paid 2k for that item and you are not giving the product. This is really pathetic. Over a week I am only getting answer that we have escalated the issue and shipment was checked properly while shipping. Isn’t it your responsibility to get the product deliver to the customer????? Why should I waste my 2k for nothing??? Falguni Nayar this is really shameful and disappointing.

Dear Nykaa Order i’d- NYK -210049048-7238414 Earlier we have escalated the matter to Nykaa team but we are not in a position to get satisfactory reply or solution to the used and unsealed product we have received. They are only informing us that the product was okay when they have dispatched it to the address. Instead they are not thinking about the consequences may happened intransit of the product. We are very much disappointed about the replies from nykaa service associates. This is so heneous as part of customer service. We didn't expect this rude and bad service from dear Nykaa Request you to get back your product and refund the product worth of Rs.1598/- to the source account is.Even after trying to get connected to the concerned in linked in they only inform that they are working on it. I think they are working on providing bad service to the customers,without giving proper solution. I request team Nykaa top officials to give support the customers when they are affected by such a bad service and irrelevant replies from associates. We hope the issue will be resolved within due course and without giving scope for further follow ups and actions or complaints.Nykaa Hoping for better service Nykaa

Hi Nykaa! This was not expected from a reputed brand like yours. After multiple follow ups, even with your delivery partner there’s no resolution! I had two products amounting to Rs.5000 which were scheduled to be delivered on 8th June (Saturday), I had made arrangements such that someone would be available to receive it. 9th June, Sunday was a working day for me, I was harassed with back to back calls by the delivery agent for delivery of the product and the Otp, I was reluctant to give it, but finally gave it as I was short on time and in the middle of hosting a school event! After returning home, there was no product kept! I called back the delivery person and he sends a photo of the package, there’s no visible door number where this packet was kept!! I’m following up relentlessly with your customer care, with the delivery agency people, but there is no resolution. I’m sorry to be posting it here, but you leave a honest loyal customer with no other choice. Kindly get someone from your team to reach out at the earliest. Order number NYK-20241609-9331490

Falguni Nayar Can you please tell me where it is mentioned that I have to add 6 products to the cart for the "Buy 3 sheets, get 3 sheets free" offer to be applied? Nykaa customer support keeps repeating this same thing, but they have failed to show me a snapshot of the terms and conditions from the Nykaa website that states this. Where is it mentioned that I need to add 6 items for this offer to work? This is clearly a scam to deceive customers. Your support executive even had the audacity to tell me to return the complete order and place it again. Unbelievable! This is incredibly frustrating and feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers. I demand clear documentation or a link to the specific terms and conditions regarding this offer.
