Want to create a more personalized experience for your prospects and customers? Put those Marketo forms to good use! Marketo forms allow you to send different assets as well as send people to different thank you pages based on the answers to questions. You can further personalize each different thank you page or landing page based on different values (use dynamic content based on segments). What are some good use cases? Send people to different pages if they have a different product interest or have specific job titles. Someone a customer of one of your products? Send them to a page to acknowledge that and introduce other products. Customize the individual pages dynamically to feature the sales owner (put a picture of the sales owner as well as contact information and a quick introduction). Customize pages based on geographic location (think images, messaging, etc.). Don’t have values in specific fields? That’s ok. You will be setting up a default page to use as a catch-all.
