Identify potential problems and work with Store/Facility Manager to resolve. Handle customer complaints within lines of authority and manage process to resolution. Assist Store/Facility Manager in resolution of product supply problems. Conduct customer surveys. Assist in servicing stores/Facilities' physical inventory. They have specific jobs, like: Building Customer Relationships: Field reps work hard to create good customer relationships. Meeting in person helps them understand what the customer wants and needs. Following Up on Leads: They make sure that people who might want to buy something get all the information they need to make a decision. Selling More: Field reps try to find ways to sell more to customers. They’re always looking for opportunities to make more sales. Learning About the Market: Field reps also learn what other companies are doing and what customers are saying. This helps their own company do better.
