It’s almost Global Month of Volunteering (GMV)! For all my #Amazonians out there, we share our resources to benefit customers all year round, but GMV is a great time to do the same for the communities we’re part of too. Giving back to our communities is fundamentally Amazonian - just look at our LP “Success and scale bring broad responsibility”. The link below is an effort to support a non politically polarized effort - Cancer Research. Mentorship Truly Is The Magic In My Life ✨ Excited to share my story and the magic of mentorship at CDW Canada today! As I reflect on my professional journey, I can't help but feel immense gratitude for the guidance and support I've received from mentors along the way. Their wisdom, encouragement, and willingness to share their experiences have played a pivotal role in shaping my career trajectory. Mentorship goes beyond just imparting knowledge; it's a transformative relationship that nurtures both personal and professional growth. It empowers mentees to tackle challenges with confidence, embrace opportunities, and unlock their full potential. For mentors, it's a chance to give back, invest in the next generation of leaders, and witness their mentees' growth and achievements firsthand. At CDW Canada, today's event allows me to not only share my experiences but also to learn from others' unique perspectives and journeys. It's a chance to foster connections, build a strong network, and inspire each other to reach new heights. I truly believe that mentorship is a key driver of success in any organization. When individuals come together to support and uplift one another, the possibilities are endless. I encourage everyone to embrace the power of mentorship and create a positive impact on both their careers and the careers of those around them. I am looking forward to an engaging and enriching mentorship in the corporate space and celebrating mentorship and the boundless potential it brings — So if you are ready to discuss mentorship at the corporate level, let’s get to work #MentorshipMatters #CDWCanada #CareerGrowth #LeadershipDevelopment #SuccessStory

Thank you François Kenny for helping us organize this session, Barbro Boungou and Marcus Smith for presenting, and sharing your story with us. It was truly inspiring! Thank you to our CDW Unite Board Members for supporting this session - Steve Just Kyle Birt Melanie Britto Brian Matthews Jacqueline Macera! #CommunityEngagement #BigBrotherBigSister #CDWCanada
