GDOT, Heart Of Georgia Seeking Input For Regional Transit Development Plan The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), in coordination with the Heart of Georgia Altamaha Regional Commission (HOGARC), is in the process of creating a Regional Transit Development Plan (TDP).
