Our paper on 'Modulation Classification for OTFS-NOMA in Heterogeneous User Mobility Profile' has been accepted at SPCOM 2024, IISc Bangalore. The work is a result of contributions made by my students PAWAN MAURYA (M.Tech) and Ashok Parmar (Ph.D.). This is the first study in current literature to explore machine learning for modulation classification in the OTFS-NOMA system. Dr.Vishal Choudhary, the nodal officer from the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India, recently visited the Indian Science Technology and Engineering facilities Map (I-STEM) Official in Bengaluru. The I-STEM team, headed by Dr. Harilal Bhaskar, grasped the valuable opportunity to showcase progress made so far in terms of research facilitated through I-STEM, shared about how research has been facilitated by facilitating easy booking of equipment and labs for researchers across the nation through the national portal, and the I-STEM team is progressing on increasing the visibility of the digital catalogue, which is a repository of technology developed by Indian engineers and scientists, and how technology clusters can be empowered to Dr. Choudhary. Dr. Choudhary has been updated by I-STEM about current challenges, opportunities, and future plans. Dr.Vishal Choudhary talked about how I-STEM can take the next step by showcasing projects which are nationally important. Dr. Choudhary conducted a comprehensive review of the initiatives and assessed the progress made by I-STEM so far. This visit not only strengthened the initiatives made by OPSA, GOI but also paved the way for potential collaborations further with GOI that will significantly advance scientific research and innovation in India.
