While many companies pour their energy into C-SAT, the often-overlooked player, Employee Satisfaction (E-SAT), demands its fair share of the spotlight. Here at Squareboat, we don't just preach it; we live it. Our commitment to our employees' happiness and engagement takes centre stage, and that's why we've embraced the concept of "Fun Fridays." Picture a recent Fun Friday at our office: a lively clay modelling workshop led by one of our team members (who incidentally mastered clay modelling through YouTube tutorials). The result? Our office transformed into a hub of creativity and laughter as everyone dove into the activity, exploring this newfound skill. The experience was nothing short of fantastic. Post-workshop, we conducted a mini poll, and the unanimous verdict? "Bohhhttt Mazzzzaa Aaya." These seemingly small, enjoyable moments not only fuel creativity but also tighten the bonds within our team. The truth is, by prioritizing E-SAT, we effortlessly take care of C-SAT.
