I called the service and towed the vehicle to the service without moving it. The service told me that the vehicle would have an engine change and I was shocked. My vehicle has been serviced for 20,000 km and everything has been serviced. I paid so much money trusting your brand. I ask you, our valued brand, how does the replacement of the engine, which is the most important part of the vehicle, change in the service under our country's conditions? I am a consumer who fulfills my obligations and my only request is to replace my vehicle with a new one. However, Nissan Türkiye wants my approval to change the engine, which is the heart of my vehicle. I trust your Nissan Brand, please support me.
