NiSource is pleased to announce that we have named Kimberly Cooks, (MBA, PMP) as senior vice president, customer operations for the company. Cooks joins us from Amazon Web Services (AWS) where she developed cloud computing migration strategies for large enterprises. Prior to AWS, she held leadership positions at several Fortune 500 companies, including AT&T, Comcast, and Equifax. Kim will bring her diverse operations, IT, program management, and business transformation experience to help us advance our customer operations focus, resulting in an enhanced customer experience during all touchpoints with NiSource. She will be responsible for leadership of the customer care centers, billing and payments, meter reading and revenue recovery, and new business. Her leadership will be vital in driving initiatives that improve customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and ensure our customers receive the highest quality of service. Congratulations, Kim!
