To be successful you will possess the ability to engage senior level decision makers and exhibit strong leadership qualities necessary for building trust and partnerships with each of them. You will own the solutioning and technical direction for strategic opportunities including architecture, estimation, proposal and SOW creation. You will prioritize customer experience, be honest about what's not working, and continually re-invent those customer experiences. You'll spend time helping your team "solve problems" that positively impact the success of your client's business. Director, Client Solutions specialize in areas where they have deep expertise - this posting is for a specialization in AI and Application Modernization. The Director, Client Solutions will be leading technical thought leadership and delivery excellence related activities at strategic accounts. Expansion and extension will be outcomes of executive relationships that the DCS will form with key stakeholders (buyers and influencers) while ensuring partner/alliance collaboration. Understanding key factors that impact revenue growth is critical for success in this role. These include ensuring good customer and consultant experience, high margin/profitability, and partnership with sales and delivery leaders to add value to clients and form strategic long-term partnerships.
