I’m looking for an executive assistant. Part-time to start but will likely ramp up to full-time before long. 100% virtual. The role is a bit unstructured, but here’s my stab at a description. • You’ll work directly with me, a lawyer and lobbyist running my own growing firm based in Fort Worth, but with activities around the state. • The right person is proactive, responsive, and discreet. You will help bring order to my life and work by helping with much of the day-to-day needs of the firm. • You’re excited to engage not only in administrative tasks, but also in basic operations, marketing, financial, and occasional personal tasks. You don’t have a “that’s not my job” mentality. • You may not be the most experienced person in the world, but you’re willing to learn. If there’s one thing you do better than anyone, it’s Microsoft Word. If you’ve worked for a lawyer before, that helps, but it’s not necessary. • You’re coachable and courteous.
