How to design your phone to reduce distractions. Look at my homescreen. No app icons. No notification badges. Just the labels of my most frequent apps. And the weather. Nothing else. It‘s a lot less stimulating than seeing all the apps all the time. It’s been a gamechanger for me. The App I use is called „Blank Spaces“ by Jeffrey Walters. It’s not perfect.
