Back in the states after living in London for a full month and reflecting on how incredible and inspiring it was. With the amount of stuff going on with my business (good things!!) it probably wasn't the best time to do so – or maybe it was? I was nervous to hop on a different time zone, flip my life upside down for a month, but was excited to live in a different environment to challenge myself. I go to London a bunch of times throughout the year, but wanted to really immerse myself this time. I returned back to Nashville with a clear vision, personally and professionally, and am excited to do so much more in the UK. Thank you to everyone who did a hang with me – Patrick Ross, Stuart Dredge and Paul Brindley (the reason I even went to London for the first time several years ago), Bryan M Johnson, Joe Frankland, Christine Osazuwa (of course), Chris Carey (the kindest person who invited me to his 40th birthday on a boat), Serena Safieddine Tazi, Thomas Pinchard, Jake Beaumont-Nesbitt (literally the person I owe all my international connections to), Aaron Bogucki, Jimmy Gatsos, Nina Radojewski and the AIM crew, Sarah Jones, Tamsin Embleton, Nur A. Ozdamar, Gareth Mellor, Emma Cordell, Andy Allen, Dorothy Hui, Pal Chohan, LJ Collier, Tom Rose and team, Naomi Asher, 👓 Clint Choi, Tamara Gal-On, Rufy Anam Ghazi, Mary Leay, Atlanta Cobb, Chelsea Wood, Tony Ereira, Annika Craine, Laura-Mai Edwards, Trina Smith FRSA, Napsugar Bardocz, Debbie Adebowale, and many more. And finally, thank you to the 200 music business humans that came to our TWO (!!!) NO EGO parties in a span of only two weeks, which we've never done before! London is super close to my heart and I will be there very, very soon and many, many times moving forward.
Welcome back! So inspiring, man. Looking forward to more No Ego's here in LA!
So great bumping into you there! See you soon.
Something about London is just....so inspiring. We were there building Tonic for 4 months in Spring of '22. We even applied for Visas. Alas, the time zone, our music community and family nearby here in Northern NV beckoned us back. So glad you had the chance and took it!
Come back again soon! The weather has cheered up, we have a new Labour Government and we’re winning football games abroad. The country is transformed!
It was lovely to see you. It will be awesome to have you over here more frequently.
Was great to catch up. Look forward to the next time.
Oh and it was really great to see you too :)
That went so fast
Was so lovely to see you and introduce you to the AIM team! 😊 Thanks for coming to our office and I hope to see you again very soon!
