Yes. 👍🏻 But also, one that is self aware enough to handle anything a student may bring into the classroom. 💪 When I started investing in real estate I had to put on all kinds of new skills. It was uncomfortable sometimes. As my responsibilities grew so did my need to grow into a new person.🧍 The continual need for growth and expansion changed who I was and how I saw the world 🌎 I was surprised how much this change entered my classroom. 🧑🏫 The “problems” I face as a teacher now seem more like “puzzles”. 🧩 I am still growing and learning new things. I am learning more efficient ways to run a business and how to effectively manage people. In essence, I am constanly faced with the ways I deal with issues, internally, and it makes me have to heal and grow. Self awareness is the key. To teaching and to life.
