Recently, I've noticed a trend where recruiters prioritize candidates with backgrounds in pharmacy or the medical field for roles like Supply Manager or Supply Officer, which are primarily focused on logistics and supply chain expertise. It's crucial to highlight that professionals in logistics, supply chain management, and shipping are well-equipped and trained to handle essential goods, including medical items and drugs. Our expertise extends to warehouse management, including cold and dry warehousing, which are essential for storing such items safely and efficiently. I believe it's important for recruiters to recognize the distinct skill sets and expertise of professionals in our field and avoid crossing over into other professional domains when filling these roles.
