My favorite week of the quarter is not closing week (even though I love our customers), but product release week! Last week, we released game changing products that not only reset customer expectations, but what it means to be a Patient Experience Platform. ✅ NexHealth Verification: ever booked a visit only to find out your provider or insurance doesn't cover it? A process that used to be hours of manual time and cause heartburn for both patients and payers is now fully automated. NexHealth will automatically verify eligibility of all patients before they even come into the office. 💳 NexHealth Payments: ever received a statement in the mail about a balance you have to pay for a visit that you may not even remember? A process that used to be hours of manual time for providers and a confusing experience for patients with analog paper bills is now fully automated. NexHealth will not only text you the right balance, but also automate the entire back office process for your providers. 📜 NexHealth Kiosk: ever walk into an office, grab a (likely greasy) pen, scribble your name on a clip board, get handed a stack of paper to fill out, and sit in the waiting area 20 mins to see your provider? NexHealth now fully digitizes your check-in process, from filling out your forms to a check-in kiosk in the office. For your provider, the entire back office process is also fully automated. These are just 3 highlights from our massive summer release. Our mission at NexHealth is to accelerate innovation in healthcare. Which means whatever new capabilities we build for providers, the whole ecosystem of healthcare developers can also build with it.
