if you are a PM working on EV tech, please keep in mind that your competition is… the gas station! that is the bar you need to meet swipe a credit card, fill up, move on why on earth do I need to install an app, load money, configure 50 options, etc? and please install some telemetry at the charging station itself, so you know when it’s out of commission and needs a repair person to come out - every time a user tries to fuel up and comes across a non-operational charger, it affects their perception of the viability of EV life remember: your competition is the gas station - innovate on that!

How can you define such announcement? The operator with the closest ecosystem, who has created the “silo strategy” first, forcing the US Government to spend additional resources to solve network reliability, is now addressing EVBox customers about their support to be onboarded towards a similar technical setting. As long as we have a strong and healthy European competitive landscape, recent shocks by EnelX USA and EVBox are hard to happen.
