This Giving Tuesday, we are recognizing that #GenerosityIsActivism. When you give to Global Fairness, your contribution plays a vital role in our ability to pay it forward to the informal workers around the world, especially women, who are often overlooked for the work that they do. This Giving Tuesday, consider donating to GFI. Together we can continue to create a more just society.

Celebrating National Nonprofit Day: Empowering Female Leaders Making a Difference! Happy National Nonprofit Day! Today, we raise our voices to honor and celebrate the incredible impact of nonprofits on our communities. 🙌💙 As we commemorate this special day, I want to shine a spotlight on the remarkable female leaders who are driving change, creating opportunities, and making a lasting difference through their nonprofit organizations. 👩💼 To all the women at the helm of nonprofits, your dedication is awe-inspiring. You are the champions of compassion, the architects of empowerment, and the catalysts for positive transformation. Through your vision and unwavering commitment, you're touching lives, nurturing dreams, and creating a brighter future for us all. Nonprofits don't just provide services; they build bridges, break barriers, and offer hope where it's needed most. From education and healthcare to environmental conservation and social justice, the contributions of nonprofit organizations are woven into the fabric of our society. Whether you're fostering educational equity, championing women's rights, promoting environmental sustainability, or any of the countless other missions out there, your efforts are leaving an indelible mark. You're proving that change doesn't just happen—it's ignited by purpose-driven leaders like you. On this day, let's reflect on the power of collaboration. Together, we can amplify the impact of nonprofits even further. Let's join hands, share insights, and support one another in the pursuit of our shared goals. By lifting each other up, we magnify the change we create in the world. I invite you to celebrate not only the nonprofits themselves but also the heart and soul of these organizations—the dedicated women who lead with passion and resilience. You are the embodiment of what it means to be a changemaker, and your work inspires us all. To all the female nonprofit leaders out there, thank you for your tireless dedication, boundless compassion, and unwavering belief in the power of positive change. You are shaping a brighter future for generations to come. Let's continue to collaborate, innovate, and lead with purpose! Tag a nonprofit leader in the comments. #NationalNonprofitDay #EmpowerChange #FemaleLeadership #NonprofitsMatter #CommunityImpact

This information comes as no surprise, but it demands our attention and it demands action. Women are underrepresented in the halls of power --> the wage gap persists --> policy reflects both --> women are underrepresented in the halls of power --> and on and on. It's time to make it easier for everyone to give how and when they can, and it's time to make it easier for the everyday person to raise the funds they need to run for office. Donors need engagement and flexible donation options. Fundraisers need more time to spend nurturing donors and talking to voters. (pssst - it's why we created GoodChange. We have those things that make it easier.) https://lnkd.in/gKZdRQxs #politicaltech #donors #goodchange #runforsomething #fundraising

It's 10 days until International Women's Day! Here are three ideas on how you can invest in women 🌠 1) Give power back to women experiencing domestic violence by becoming a HER Board sponsor. Women need a steady, stable organisation and ongoing support to leave domestic violence behind. Join us at herboard.org.au. 2) Organise your own fundraiser. Giving collectively allows your impact to be that much greater. This year, 4FivePlus Collective are cycling around Perth in the morning of IWD to raise donations for Luma! 3) Be part of the conversation. We've come a long way with women's rights. But we still have a long way to go. We believe that change starts here. It starts with us. It starts with a conversation. We'll be joining the conversation and sharing our perspective on March 8th, with our counsellors, nurses, executives and health workers sharing their ideas on how we can all invest more into women and girls. #Luma #IWD2024 #Investinwomen
