Hello Folks..🤩 Glad to see you all in another post. ✌ I am thrilled to share that I have successfully completed the Networking Essentials course from Cisco Networking Academy 🎓 ⏩ This comprehensive two-month journey has deepened my understanding of networking, covering key topics such as network communication, Ethernet networks, and network security. ⏩ This course provided extensive resources for practice, including labs and packet tracer files. Hello everyone, I just got my certification for Networking Basics on Cisco. Frankly speaking, it wasn't a funny experience with this one. Networking??? Ahhh, You see, I passed all the check point exams, until I reached this particular exam that gave me a tough time for real. I failed that check point exam up to like 5 to 6 times at a sit. I began wondering what I was doing wrong because all my answers seem to make sense to me before I choose. After failing the exam for 3 times already, I was praying that the next time I click on the green button to submit, I was going to see a green ✓. Lol, I didn't see a green button 😔, instead I saw a red x, I was just confused 😢. All the questions were then confusing after the first three attempts, cos I felt sure of my answers. After 4 to 6 attempt, I started thinking I was definitely not going to ace the checkpoint exam since I have failed it to that length. But, I was able to pass it, after finishing that one, I finished subsequent modules and went on to write my final exam for the certification. I passed it at one try this time 😺 and it felt good. One concept that really gave me a hard time to understand was SUBNETS. Jeeeeezz, I know most that have studied Subnets can relate to this. I ran away from Subnets since my 2001vl, although I tried to understand it as at then, watched YouTube videos, googled it and even asked a friend for clarification. It just didn't click, I guess my brain was too small for the whole thing 😂. It's still blurry now though, but I get the concept and I will understand it better with subsequent study. This was fun and frustrating too, but I achieved something. So help me celebrate this achievement people 🎉. Thank you CyberSafe Foundation, shout out to #CyberGirls2024, and also to Honour Felix. I am a Proud CyberGirl 4.0 ✌🏼🔥
