This looks fantastic……unlike my less than a year old machine that’s not working so I spend 45 minutes on a video call with a Nespresso Subscription advisor getting me to grab a toothbrush and clean the machine then a host of other tests only to tell me yes it needs fixing so they will arrange for it to be collected (so I lose a day waiting at home) and it will be 2-3 weeks being repaired whilst we carry on paying the monthly subscription with no coffee machine…..sorry we cannot send out a replacement for your less than 1 year old machine!? #poorcustomerpolicy Nespresso UK
