Earlier this year Neol Creative Leader Karimah Hudda led a community wide event at Neol, designed around the theme of Regenerative Resonance. Through her guidance, our community explored ways to align their purpose more deeply with nature and humanity, fostering a sense of connection and purpose. More recently, Karimah joined us for “Between the Two of Us” with the House of Beautiful Business, where she co-led a session on collective regeneration. In Karimah’s words: “The deeper and longer we stay in this Regenerative Resonance, the more we remember. The more we remember, the more intuitively we shift our ways of living, leading, livelihood and legacy to ensure that there is plenty for all of us, in this generation, as well as for all in generations to come.” 🌎 Read more on Regenerative Resonance from Karimah below, and be sure to connect with her via illumine.earth! 🌱 https://lnkd.in/ddxJHkwS

Whenever I work on my Regenerative Resonance program with individuals or groups, the same pattern emerges: so many diminished, burnt out, and at best moving along incrementally. Imagine, so many people want to do good but are locked in a state that is holding them back. We do the work on relighting the light within the person/team, reconnecting the person/team to nature and humanity, and beginning practices that nourish and regenerate the person/team. And every time the magic happens. The shifts occur. It's an honor and a privilege to be the container for the work. I liken all the people whose light shines bright, even in the darkest night, to fireflies. Imagine how beautiful the world would be if we were all able to shine our light. It would be like a sparkle of fireflies, all thriving while doing good. My hope is that if you are an impact leader, an impact team, or a leader/team that wants to drive positive impact but feels stuck, that you don't stay stuck. If you want to shift, I'm here. I was so glad to support many of the Neol community via an online session on Regenerative Resonance earlier this year. Here are some reflections from that session... #regenerativeleadership #resonance #regenerative #ecosystems #peopleandnature #withinourgeneration #burnout #leadership #impact

COLLECTIVE - EMBODIED REGENERATION WORKSHOP. It's happening next week on May 7, Tuesday from 9h30 to 12h30 CET: Benjamin Casteillo with Maja Michalewska, are going to explore the answers to these fundamental questions together: - In a world increasingly polarized, how can we reconcile opposing narratives to make sense of our shared reality together? Because collective sensemaking is key to achieving the level of collaboration required to overcome the great challenges of our times. - How can we unlock our creative power to transform the society and systems in which we live? Because profound systemic changes are crucial to integrating both social and ecological limits. - How to break free from the current self-perpetuating paradigm of fear and separation? Because the principle of interconnectedness is key to acknowledging and recognizing if we want to pave the way toward "the better world our hearts know is possible". Combining breakthrough knowledge and transformative embodiment practices, COLLECTIVE is for those who are dedicated to being the change our world needs. Because it all starts from within! When outlining the 'Regenerative Power and Potential of Place, Jenny Andersson puts a lot of emphasis on 'Being in Right Relationship' with your local habitats. When I first came across this phrase many years ago, it had Buddhistic origins, as in the eightfold noble path. These jewels are: right view, right thought, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, and right concentration. While these are profound time tested injunctions, at the genesis of Buddhism, the existence of planet was nowhere near, under threat of ecological collapse or extinction. As noble as these truths might be and apply, to singular enlightenment. What a right livelihood might look like, in relationship to an endangered planet is not at all spelled out. While these constructs, signpost a perennial pathway of inner cultivation. With the planet in grave danger, circumstances are forcing us humans, to forge noble truths that apply to planetary, ecological and all living systems/enitities. This is very far from being established, it requires bioregional, place based communities of enquiry, to engage rightfully, with the histories, cultures, complexities and energy flows of local habitats, to liberate the power and potential of place. If you are yearning for a regenerative world, right livelihoods and seeking signposts towards healthy abundant local communities and economies? Come enquire and explore these pertinent questions with Jenny Andersson and me next Tuesday October 1st online 19.00-21.00 CEST Book here : https://buff.ly/3MN9SLj Recommended 15E or donate More on my webpage here https://lnkd.in/eHRsj3n8 ------ Phenomenal Conversations contribute and co-create Regenerative Cultures by: - Interviewing pioneers who embody regenerative change - Expanding imagination in the midst of the polycrisis - Amplifying meaningfulness and nuance in an evolving world - Asking profound questions

PhD, MSc, BSc, FRSA; Author of Designing Regenerative Cultures, RSA Bicentenary Medal for Regenerative Design 2021 recipient, advisor, educator, activist, speaker, bioregional weaver, catalyst, regenerative agroforestry
I deeply enjoyed my conversation with Nate Hagens: Summary: "In the past century of abundant energy surplus, humanity’s globalized, large-scale approach to problem-solving has yielded remarkable benefits and innovations. However, as we face a future with reduced energy resources, mounting waste, and a biosphere in danger, the negative impacts of this approach are increasingly overshadowing its gains. How should we evaluate and change these tactics as we look to build future societies that can better attune with their environments and the health of the planet? This week, Nate is joined by Daniel Christian Wahl, a leader and activist in regenerative living, for an exploration into what our lifestyles and communities could look like if we aligned human systems—like agriculture, economy, and community planning—with the natural ecosystems of a specific bioregion to create more sustainable and harmonious ways of living. How can small, incremental improvements made at the local ecological level create emergent benefits for the entire planet? What do we need to unlearn from past centuries of living in order to find balance with nature in the habitats and regions that we call home? How can individuals incorporate regenerative principles into their own lives today, regardless of their surrounding systems?" https://lnkd.in/dJQEjhuH

Earth's Ally and Storyteller, Weaving Wisdom in DHGHEM Dialogues 🌱✨ | Environmental Scientist, Businesswoman, Healer | Head of Nature 🌏 #DhghemDialogues #NurturingEarthsBounty"
Dhghem Dialogues: 🌍 Nurturing Nature's Dance of Regeneration 💬✨ Nikolaj: Hey Dhghem, I've been hearing a lot about regeneration lately. What's it all about? 🌱 Dhghem: Hello, Nikolaj! Regeneration is like a dance between humans and nature. It's about humans gently guiding me Dhghem as Earth to enhance its natural cycles. Imagine it as a design philosophy, where we nurture the essential life processes. 🌍💃 Nikolaj: Sounds fascinating! But what exactly are these cycles you're talking about? 🔄 Dhghem: Great question! We're talking about the Carbon Cycle, where we enhance the exchange of building blocks for life. Then there's the Oxygen Cycle, ensuring a constant supply of clean air. We also promote the nutrient cycle, supporting healthy ecosystems. And don't forget the Water Cycle, cleaning and slowing it down like the blood carrying nutrients to nourish life. 💧🌿 Nikolaj: That's pretty cool! What about living spaces for biodiversity? 🦋🌳 Dhghem: Exactly! Regeneration creates strong living spaces, encouraging diverse species to thrive. It's like fostering evolution and resilience in a world where change is constant. We emphasize synergy cycles, building strong connections to enhance resilience further. 🌿🌐 Nikolaj: So, it's all about recognizing the interconnectedness of life? 🌎🤝 Dhghem: Absolutely! Regeneration acknowledges that ecosystems are in constant exchange among the eight kingdoms of life, and humans are just one part of the animal kingdom. It's about fostering harmony and balance within this intricate web of life. 🕊️🌏 I am embracing the dwelling place for all the realms of kingdoms and want them to blossom. Nikolaj: Wow, that's inspiring! How can I be a part of this regenerative journey? 🌈 Dhghem: By understanding, appreciating, and respecting the cycles of life. Join the dance, Nikolaj, and let's co-create a harmonious world together! 🌟💚 #dhghem_dialogues #regeneration #climatechange #nature

Regenerative Futures - Advisory | Co-Design | Talks | Facilitation | Guiding | Host The Spaceship Earth Podcast / Co-Creator Becoming Crew / Co-Author Stories for Life
Are you practicing the future today ? This last week I have found myself frequently sitting in circle, online and offline. - Often with candle lit, simple meditations to start and end. - Invitations to check into our bodies - our felt senses. - Non hierarchical With everyone able to share deeply and honestly without judgement as a standard practice. Witnessing different communities reflect, share and support each other while allowing the grief, struggle, conflict, shame, joy and mess of being human in these times to show up is a beautiful thing I take this as positive signals of progress in unravelling times. Joanna Macy said: "In nature, living systems evolve in complexity, flexibility, and intelligence through interactions with each other. These interactions require open-ness and vulnerability in order to process the flow through of energy and information.” Basically life itself requires behaviours of open-ness and vulnerability to evolve. So every organisation, business and community as a living system of human beings must learn to practice open-ness and vulnerability to evolve or….. The decaying systems of modernity do not currently recognise these behaviours to hold much value. In fact I imagine many organisations and institutions today still view these very suspiciously. The systems today value speed, efficiency, control, output, certainty (illusion of). In my experience they avoid open-ness and vulnerability wherever possible, especially dwelling on impacts of BAU. Modernity and its rational economic ways doesn’t like messiness - which is ironic as they are creating an absolute shit show in damage to human, ecological and planetary health. But I’ve witnessed what these practices of openness and vulnerability can do over time: - They cultivate awareness of self and others, respect and trust. - They help build the qualities of resilience, humility and courage - They lead to an emerging creative energy and new dimension of intelligence within a community which can be profound. I’d say they are an essential practice on the path towards regenerative futures. Cultivating the soils for life-centric cultures to emerge takes time and practice. It's messy, there is much composting to be done. But without commitment to the practice… Well ask a farmer about trying to grow nutritious food without paying attention to the soil. Are you practicing the future you long for today ? #regeneration #climatechange #organisationalculture #No4thFloor

There are many events out there to choose from. Why choose to come to Enchanted? Why invest your time and money in this gathering? Our answer would be down to the beauty of the Selgars land, the quality of the people who will be attending, and the unique event design, size and facilitation that we are experimenting with. Enchanted is a space to bring your projects, goals, and challenges and explore them with others on a similar path. t is a space to dive deeper into the questions that matter most for you in your life right now and to do so in a nourishing community and nature setting. Have you ever awakened to a morning filled with awe, gazing upon forces far greater than your understanding 🧠 ? Embracing a regenerative view of the world necessitates envisioning whole systems: dynamic, unique, living systems intricately intertwined. Following my regenerative epiphany two years ago, I've experienced a profound realization about the depth and complexity of living systems that are nested within each other, evolving together in a constant dance. Up to this point, my focus has been on nurturing my regenerative thinking daily within the Butterfly team 🦋 , engaging in a journey of continuous co-development. This endeavor has also had a palpable impact on the regenerative path of AXA Climate, showcasing the tangible benefits of our collective efforts. 💫 We are now witnessing the emergence of a new realm of potential 💫 : Starting in France 🇫🇷 : This past Monday, a diverse group of about twenty stakeholders — ranging from businesses to non-profits — who might have otherwise seen themselves as competitors, chose a path of collaboration. We launched a collective effort, the Regen Ecosystem, to leverage our full potential towards regenerative approaches, all while valuing each other's uniqueness. Our goal is to create dedicated Commons that include case studies, cooperative projects for communities and organizations, as well as publications and research. And on the international stage 🌎 : This afternoon, the 4th cohort of French-speaking regenerative pioneers at the Butterfly School kicks off, alongside the inaugural English-speaking cohort! Over a hundred pioneers from 22 different countries will embark on a 10-week journey of mutual development. For those who know me, this realization of a dream I've held for two years is deeply meaningful. It represents an opportunity to honor the profound respect I hold for the indigenous traditions, wisdom schools, and regenerative practitioners who have enriched my journey, discoveries made possible through the English language. The regenerative field is universal, and the need for its reinforcement and elevation is ever-present. The mobilization of these living systems, both in France and globally, signifies life's flow in action. Imagine the potential of a community that transcends borders, learning together, celebrating each individual's uniqueness, and embodying regenerative principles with integrity. What an inspiring vision 🌿 : Lives dedicated to serving life, fostering even more life!

4moThe only way real lasting change happens in the external world is when individuals make a corresponding internal change. Bringing leaders, decision-makers, and followers to take the time to tap into the real source of their being, purpose, and strength is the most important work we can do to bring lasting improvements to humanity. In a world increasingly dominated by social media and artificial intelligence, getting in touch with our own humanity and forming real person-to-person community will be our saving grace.
