Helping clients win Defence and Government Services business with a systematic approach to visually brilliant design and compelling bid writing.
The Salentis International team will be at Farnborough Airshow on Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th July. We are looking forward to catching up with friends, colleagues and clients, so if we haven't already arranged to meet then message me and let's drink coffee. On Tuesday I will be solo, but joined on Wednesday by my UK colleagues Gavin Jones and Karen Espley. For those who haven't yet worked with us and are wondering what we do, here's a reminder: - Salentis is a specialist bid and proposal support company. We aren't distracted by other areas of consultancy so we can focus on providing excellence in bid support. - We are increasingly asked to help with pre-bid capture strategy and management and often transition from this into supporting the consequent bid. - We are highly experienced in helping clients from one country bid into another. This is particularly the case between the 'five eyes' countries, but we have experience across every region on the globe where there are procurement competitions. Having a permanent footprint in the UK, US and Australia helps us with this coverage. #AUKUS anyone? - Many of our clients are in the defence and aerospace sectors. But we have experience in many other areas where there are large procurements: national infrastructure, rail, oil and gas, logistics to name just a few. I look forward to seeing you there! #bidmanagement #proposalmanagement #APMP #TSW #TheSalentisWay #FIA24

Aviation has a real challenge to find enough staff to support the anticipated industry growth in the coming years. One of the solutions to this challenge is to broaden the available talent pool through effective Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) activities. At a time when DEI is seen negatively by some people, it is important that the industry develops the right approach to this important topic so that we can encourage more people that a career in aviation is for them. Then once they come, it is important that organisations are able to support them to perform to the best of their abilities so that they stay in aviation for the long term. On March 6 & 7, #EASA, EUROCONTROL and AirNav Ireland will host a DEI Workshop to continue work on the development of a toolkit that will help organisations implement DEI in a way that helps solve our future workforce challenges.
