Today, we announced the opening of the United States’ first-ever commercial-scale sodium-ion battery manufacturing facility in Holland, MI. We are proud to contribute to the fast-growing clean energy sector in Michigan, where our new facility will support more than 100 high-quality jobs. Our Holland facility is projected to produce 600 MW of sodium-ion batteries annually, serving as a blueprint for future Natron giga-scale facilities. Our sodium-ion batteries offer higher power density, higher cycle life, a domestic U.S. supply chain, no flammability concerns, and no use of lithium, cobalt, nickel, copper, or other difficult-to-obtain minerals. Special thanks to Holland Mayor Nathan Bocks and Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) Director Evelyn Wang, PhD, for joining us at today’s ribbon-cutting event, as well as to our customers and investors for their support leading up to this milestone. Congratulations to Natron Energy on launching the U.S.'s first commercial-scale sodium-ion battery facility in Holland, MI! This pioneering initiative not only enhances the clean energy sector in Michigan but also sets a significant precedent with its focus on sustainability and advanced technology. It’s inspiring to see such innovation supporting over 100 high-quality jobs and leveraging a fully domestic supply chain. I'm excited to watch how this facility influences future projects and continues to push the boundaries of energy technology. Well done to everyone involved!
Wendell Brooks - congratulations on your position as co-CEO of Natron. Was very nice meeting you today.
Congratulations, Natron Energy , Colin Wessells and the team! 💐😀🥂😀 I am still proud to having been involved in this amazing project and having been part of this great achievement.

Congrats to Natron.Na ion battery appears to be the way forward. What about room temperature performance?I guess a lot of Li ion battery manufacturers will upgrade their existing lines to Na ion if it so easy.Based on the need for much higher charge density for EVs,why is the focus not only on stationary applications?
Weniger brennbar, weniger ESG Komplikationen bei der Herstellung, schnelleres laden, mehr Ladezyklen….catches like a miracle… Is future orientated engineering!!
This truly is exciting to see! Sodium-ion technology has immense potential to revolutionize the energy storage landscape in the US.
Wonderful, glad #Arxada is part of this success story!
