This Pride Month we are celebrating LGBTQ leaders that helped shape the nonprofit sector. Our first featured leader is Pauli Murray, whose dedication to intersectional equity pushed the nonprofit sector to grow towards a more inclusive environment. Pauli Murray was an extraordinary individual whose contributions spanned multiple realms: a tireless civil rights activist, a co-founder of the National Organization for Women, and a legal scholar whose work profoundly influenced landmark cases such as Brown v. Board of Education.
