They serve as volunteers for the workforce development arm for Manufacturers Association of Maine EGS committee The Manufacturers Association of Maine’s, Employee Growth Services Committee, EGS, is made up of several organizations in Maine that have workforce development as a central theme in their mission statements. Participants represent for profit and not for profit organizations from education, government, workforce agencies and private companies. Each representative also has a keen interest in manufacturing in Maine.

On March 21, 2024 the 2024-2028 Washington State Talent and Prosperity for All Plan was formally approved by the Washington State Workforce Board. FirstRule is honored to have led the process in collaboration with the Workforce Training Board under the leadership of Eleni Papadakis. The Talent and Prosperity for All (TAP) Plan is Washington’s four-year strategy for a strong and successful workforce development system. This system includes about $1.3 billion in state and federal dollars that serve nearly 500,000 Washingtonians. The plan includes feedback from business, labor, and residents through community forums and public outreach. It covers a wide range of employment, education, training, and related services to help workers find good-quality jobs and provide employers with skilled workers so they can stay competitive.
