The supply/demand, price discovery, and arbitrage opportunities present in the market are factors that affect all assets, whether they are considered "Defi," "Tradfi," or something else. The article also highlights how the continuous creation/redemption feature of an ETF holding Bitcoin helps narrow the differences in ETF price versus the price of the underlying Bitcoin holdings of the fund, in contrast to ETPs which present variances in price versus underlying and create arbitrage opportunities.
