Is it enough to say sorry? How much more are there to apologise for? An #apology is merly the first small step in the right direction. We should continue to move forward by #acknowledging but also with #action. What are the things we should be doing this #nationalsorryday to #reconcile and #heal from the past? I’d love to hear your thoughts! #nationalsorryday #stolengeneration #humanrights #reconciliation #healingtogether
The 13th of February marks the date the official apology was made for past government policies that resulted in the forced removal of Indigenous children from their families. These children are known as the Stolen Generations. National Sorry Day acknowledges the strength of the survivors and offers a time for reflection, on how we can all play a role in the healing process for Aboriginal people and our Nation. You can play a part in the healing journey by joining us in remembering and acknowledging the strength of the Stolen Generations.

What I remember the most about 9/11... I remember how, for a brief moment in time, our differences faded into the background. People from all walks of life, regardless of their backgrounds or beliefs, came together to support one another. We were united by a shared sense of grief, shock, and a profound understanding of our interconnectedness as human beings. Firefighters, police officers, first responders, and ordinary citizens demonstrated extraordinary acts of heroism. We saw countless acts of kindness and compassion, from volunteering at Ground Zero to offering a helping hand to strangers. Our nation's resilience and spirit shone brightly. In the face of tragedy, we found strength in unity. It serves as a powerful reminder that, regardless of our differences, we can come together to support and uplift one another during the most challenging times. If only we could spend more time focused on what we have in common, cherishing our shared humanity, and supporting one another through our differences. By coming together, we can not only remember the unity of that fateful day but also build a brighter future where progress is born from compassion and understanding.

Mr. Pavan Sathiraju, The need for an appropriate balance between work commitments and non-work leisure, recreation, and rejuvenation, is an universal one. At the end of the day, we are, first and foremost, all human beings and not robots or superheroes with supernatural abilities, and have a natural need and aspiration to seek a harmonious balance between work, rest, and recreation. Each one of us will have a bad day at the office or a setback in our professional life. It is all a part of the game of life, irrespective of our field of work. It is how well we learn and recover from the bad day or the setback which separates the great from the not-so great. FORM IS TEMPORARY, BUT CLASS IS PERMANENT...….
It is NEVER about "If we will have a bad day". - WE WILL! *** It is always about coming out of these tough situations with dignity!

We promote mutual respect in all interactions—a simple yet crucial aspect of human connection. Amidst life's demands, upholding these values is fundamental to our shared humanity and inner resilience. While societal challenges and busy routines may erode basic etiquettes, safeguarding our peace and joy remains our personal responsibility. Refusing to tolerate disrespect is essential for maintaining confidence and self-sufficiency. In the face of adversity, preserving your dignity is paramount to safeguarding your identity from fragmentation and potential harm.
