I ordered a borosil lunch box set of 5 and received a damaged tiffin box.I reported the same to customer care they said they guided me for exchange. When the delivery agent came to my door step he said the item is broken and he can't accept it. and he said that I have to take approval from Myntra . Once approval will be received then he will handover the product to me. I called customer care to report the same and he said they will investigate. The support team was not aware about this investigation before ??? This is clearly a case of mishandling of product. But still Myntra is taking too much time. I don't know how you guys will investigate this case. . Upon calling on this no 8653889151. He gave me an APK on my WhatsApp and said DM will have a video call with me. What kind of protocol is it? Order ID # 1272159 43851183819403

Customer experience is just a joke for all of you as your organization doesn't understand the meaning of it. Order Number: 1271339-7114795-0306303 27 Jun 2024 First I got different product which I understand and place an request for exchange for higher amount and paid. 2nd I got revised delivery date after waiting so long which again I feel can happen due to various reasons. 3rd when I raise request for return it's still take 4 days and request is under review for approval I have contacted them multiple time reach every level from level 1 to their so called level 3 Manager desk however no resolution. Is this the way to handle customer and their concern.

I wish with the impactful HR you also had impactful customer service. Had ordered a product which shows delivered in your app but was never delivered. Upon raising the concern, i was told that the logistic partner has confirmed that they have delivered and I have confirmed on phone that YES i have recieved the product. Dear Myntra, trusting your investigation, can you share the call recording of the call where I have confirmed the delivery of the said product. In a way, you are calling your customers liars/frauds. I have been using myntra since years now but unfortunately cannot withstand it now, obviously you guys dont care about it. Please tell your HR leader Govindraj M K to hire a customer centric team!

Hi I am from West Bengal. I am a customer of Myntra. But I am harrassed from Myntra recently. I ordered a Bed cover & delivered a wrong product but Myntra don't accept my return request. I Repeatadly contact with customer care number and today they accept the return request. I was ordered again that Bed cover. Alas today they delivered again the wrong product. Let me know why Myntra harrassed their customer repeatadly for the same product?? I know again Myntra will be cancelled my refund request for their wrong product delivery. I want to complain about the matter.

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Ujjwal Soni, and I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent service I have received from Myntra. I have been a loyal customer, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.On 6th july in evening around 9pm , I received a damaged product Order Number: # 1271264 61565759831001 Product Name: black sandwich toast maker. I immediately contacted your customer service to raise a complaint and was assured that I would receive an update within 24-48 hours. Despite multiple follow-ups and requests for a manager to call back, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution.During my interactions, I spoke with Mr. Ranjeet Mishra, who implied that the product was delivered properly and suggested that the issue might be on my end. This response is both unacceptable and offensive, as it insinuates that I, the customer, am lying about the condition of the product. I have repeatedly asked for the contact details and email ID of your CEO, but my requests have been denied. This lack of transparency and accountability is deeply concerning. As a customer, I expect better service and respect from a reputed company like Myntra.

Respected sir I bought prestige induction Cook top on 30/5/2024 ..it's defective product so I replaced it but I received prestige kadhai instead of induction...on 13/6/2024... After that I comlain for replacement item ...it's three times pickup failed due to technical issues every I told to Myntra ...it's image matching problem...and I have a wrong item so how can I image match... everytime Myntra told me that your product exchange is approved so don't worry...now answer is refund...if I goes with return I have loss 3000 so please I want my ordered item.. it's your technical issues ..what can I do... everytime I told you about pickup failed...but Myntra don't want to learn from that
