Customer experience is just a joke for all of you as your organization doesn't understand the meaning of it. Order Number: 1271339-7114795-0306303 27 Jun 2024 First I got different product which I understand and place an request for exchange for higher amount and paid. 2nd I got revised delivery date after waiting so long which again I feel can happen due to various reasons. 3rd when I raise request for return it's still take 4 days and request is under review for approval I have contacted them multiple time reach every level from level 1 to their so called level 3 Manager desk however no resolution. Is this the way to handle customer and their concern.

Vindhya Shanmugam very shamefull staff you have. Cc manager k naam per dhaba unke pass reply tak ka time nahi chahe galiya de lo koi farak nahi padta. Order ID # 1269010 49417485757401 9 june ki complaint hai aaj date dekh lo unboxing video tak de di hai uske baad bhi no reply last time liya ap logo ne ki 26 june ko reply karege tab se wait kar rehe few minutes bol k 3 days nikal geye. Aisa staff rakha hai aap logo ne Myntra Myntra Fashion aap chahte ho prepaid order aye yaha cod per fraud kar rehe ho reallyshame full things

I have received the delivery for nike shoes and app showing delivery failed..vi have to return this item but on app there is no option to send it back as delivery failed on app hence product received on10 th of june no one helppyng me out and call advisor keep promising it will get resolved within 48 hrs with no help..pls chk

Myntra Order ID # 1269010 49417485757401 wake up guyes am shared unboxing video also but still waiting for refund. You ask 26 june 2024 time line but still after that no update regarding refund. And you want prepaid order sharam karo aap log aise froud karo k kab tak chalega. Investors ka paisa kha rehe ho customer ka paisa kha rehe ho. Useless cc manager rakhe hai. Customer hai to myntra hai

#boycottmyntra they have deactivated the account and I have my 1.5 lakh order of which I am unable to do exchange and return, despite a lot of complaints no action has been taken. #fraudmyntra Myntra

Thanks for replying on this issue this is the order number - Order ID # 1269387 22884654606401... No one helping on this issue so looking forward to get this resolved asap
