After a tough race at the F1 Mexico Grand Prix, many Japanese fans seem to have strong opinions about Yuki Tsunoda's overtake action. They are saying things like "He should have waited longer," or "It was obvious that Oscar Piastri's tires would get worse first; it's such a shame!" These comments show they are quite strict about what happened.
Even though I am very sad about the race, I still feel a lot of respect for Tsunoda. He is only 23 years old and racing against the best drivers in the world, all while dealing with huge pressure and expectations. It's easy for people watching to judge, but learning from mistakes and hard times is really tough. This is a personal battle that Tsunoda is fighting, and he's the one who really knows how hard it is.
I resonate with former F1 driver Shinji Nakano's viewpoint: "As a driver, you are making decisions in the moment, and to judge those decisions as right or wrong after the fact is something I find meaningless. At that moment, in that situation, it was the correct decision for Yuki."
In the demanding world of professionals, how much room is there for failure?
I will keep an eye on his future mental recovery process.

It is the time of the year when a lot of team managements in GAA are beginning to make plans for the coming season.
Many successful teams begin with a vision in mind of what the end product might look like, who they aspire to be or how they want to be seen from the outside or internally.
A good vision can often unite a team and enhance squad commitment.
It could be an idea to follow Stevens 2002 four step strategy for developing a vision for your team. 1. plan an initial coaches meeting - begin with the end in mind.
2. run a subsequent team meeting- player input, develop ownership
3. connect daily activities to the success of the vision.
4. Regular evaluation of whether progress is aligned to vision.
Stevens 2002 goes into each step on how they implemented the steps.
As I suggest in my predicament at Club Atlético River Plate and tried to execute in my past role as CEO in Burgos CF, #SportsManagement must be human-centric.
As from its grassroots definition, we who love management but particularly in sports, our main objective must be to maximize happiness and satisfaction .
🌍⚽️ Combining passion for sports with a commitment to making a positive impact on communities. Let's leverage the power of sports for social good.

In the gripping 400m race, Kenyan runner Abel Muttai was ahead but mistakenly stopped a few feet from the finish line, confusing a drawn line for the actual one. Spanish runner Ivan Fernandez, in second place, saw this and shouted for Muttai to continue. However, language barriers hindered their communication.
Ivan faced a crucial choice. He could have easily overtaken Muttai and won the race. Instead, he chose an extraordinary act of sportsmanship. Ivan sprinted up to Muttai and pushed him with all his strength, propelling him forward. Muttai crossed the finish line, securing victory, while Ivan settled for the silver medal.
A reporter questioned Ivan's decision, asking why he had let Muttai win when he could have won the race himself. Ivan responded with a profound vision of a society where people support each other, not for personal gain, but to uplift one another collectively. He explained that he pushed Muttai to maintain the integrity of the race and ensure that winning was about more than individual glory.
This story highlights the importance of fostering a society built on three values.
🎯 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆: Upholding honesty and moral principles even when faced with personal gain.
🎯 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: Demonstrating empathy and kindness towards others, especially in moments of need.
🎯 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: Recognizing that true victory lies in helping others achieve their goals and fostering a sense of collective achievement.
Thank you, Pinky Bhuptani for sharing this wonderful story!

Annette's journey as an equestrian is a tale of passion, ambition, and resilience. Born and raised in the Netherlands, she found herself drawn to the world of horses, despite her parents not sharing the same interest. Her natural affinity for equestrian sports quickly turned into a competitive pursuit.
Driven by her fierce competitive spirit, Annette excelled in local competitions, demonstrating her talent and dedication.
However, the transition to the international arena presented unforeseen challenges for Annette. Holding dual nationality, Dutch and Greek, she seized the opportunity to compete internationally for Greece.
This leap into a larger, more competitive field proved to be a significant turning point. The shift from local to international competitions was daunting, leading to a drastic drop in her results.
These challenges, however, did not dampen Annette's spirit. Instead, they became a catalyst for self-reflection and growth. Here are three tips on how self-reflection can help tackle such challenges:
Understanding Your Weaknesses: Through self-reflection, Annette gained insights into areas where she needed improvement. Acknowledging weaknesses is the first step towards turning them into strengths 🌱.
Setting Realistic Goals: Reflecting on her experiences allowed Annette to set more realistic and achievable goals for her international competitions. This approach helps in maintaining motivation and focus, even in the face of setbacks 🎯.
Learning from Failures: Annette used self-reflection to analyze her failures, not as defeats, but as learning opportunities. Understanding what went wrong and how to improve for the next competition is crucial for growth and development 📈.
