💛I used to cook lavish meals for friends but quickly throw something together for myself. I analysed and realised that cooking is a way for me to share my love. That is why I pondered and prepared so carefully for others. But when it came to me, I couldn’t be bothered. ❤️So when I was digging deep into loving myself more, I decided to make lavish meals for myself too. I am also worthy of my love. 💛So I got organised and started cooking in a totally different way. I also set the table gorgeously for myself and used the ‘good crockery’ 😅 to enhance the experience. It felt really lovely to do this. ❤️Now that this has become unconscious competence for me, my intuition often wants me to naturally up my game which in turn makes me love myself even more. I actually get quite excited thinking about what culinary delights I will prepare for myself! 💛I have a partner and I do feel very loved by him but this is totally different. His love and my Self Love has really completed me in ways I could only have hoped to attain.
