"How well a brand is delivered externally, depends on how well it is understood internally." - Simon Many people do not understand that point. How well a brand comes across to the public, depends on how well people within the company really understand it! When everyone in the organization truly gets what the brand is about: It's goals, Its values, It's mission, Only then can they share a consistent message with the world! When people internally are not clear about what the brand represents, it can cause different messages to go out. This makes the brand's influence weaker and its message less clear to the public.
