Working Wednesday today, as we reference it, is our dedicated day without project meetings. We use it for heads-down focus and individual catch-ups, and It is one of the mechanisms we fine-tuned to set our ClearVision Optical crew up for efficiency! 🌟
Looking 👀back on last week’s #NYSHRM2023 conference, one great theme related to cultivating a dynamic #culture in our ever-evolving work landscape. It was truly affirming to see, hear, and think more about how we can continue to intentionally develop our CVO (Company Values & Objectives) culture.🤓
During the event, many recommendations made resonated with our team, as we share a similar passion 🎆 for inspiring positive change. 🌐 In particular, we've been on a journey to introduce new ways of mapping historic traditions to a Work From Anywhere (WFA) circumstance, and this conference reaffirmed our commitment to innovation in this area. 🌍 Moreover, we've identified exciting new opportunities for further experimentation. 💡
One of the highlights was exploring innovative approaches to designing wellbeing initiatives. 💪 We subscribe that a healthy, engaged team is the cornerstone of a thriving workplace that cares 💕.
