Most of us have, at one time or another, participated in workplace satisfaction surveys. And I’d venture to say most of us have also wondered why participate in such surveys. Do they really matter? Do they really drive change and improvement? And isn't the company we currently work for the best company to work for? Answering no to that would be to admit that we made a bad decision leaving your previous one, right? The reality is that very few people have ever been part of a number-one, best-place-to-work organization. At SEI, we’ve flirted with the top spot for a long time. We’ve often been in the top 3, but never number one - until now. And why does it matter to us? As in all surveys of this type, submissions are anonymous. All we can gauge from the results is the collective sentiment. But what we do know at SEI is that, as owners of our business, it is in our own hands to make it the company we always wanted to be part of. And we all take advantage of that opportunity. Safeguarding and enhancing our culture was the number-one topic we agreed we needed to discuss during our February 2023 owner’s retreat. That’s because we see our amazing growth as also one of the biggest threats to what we consider our key competitive advantage - our culture. So we discussed our challenges and we got to work on overcoming them. We’re a tight-knit group at SEI. We’re here for each other, and that’s what has made us successful as a business for the past 30 years. We don’t brag about being recognized as a top company to work for. Of course, we celebrate it - but not because we’ve been voted number one. Rather, we celebrate it because being number one means we’re doing the right things and making the right choices for our business and each other. If that’s the kind of organization you want to be a part of, then SEI may be the place for you! Reach out and let’s discuss!

0419 In the discussion titled "Redefining Growth Beyond Titles and Training," Aarthi and Meera challenged traditional career advancement views. They noted how many quit due to limited growth opportunities tied to titles. They critiqued childhood aspirations centered on roles instead of actions. Highlighting studies by Gallup and Deloitte, they advocated for meaningful work and continuous learning. They likened career growth to rock climbing, emphasizing personal paths over corporate ladders. They advised managers to foster open cultures and engage teams in organizational goals. Individuals were urged to take charge of their careers, not limited by titles. They shared personal stories and tips, encouraging mutual trust and continuous challenge. Attendees reflected on key takeaways like openness and mutual trust. #FY24 #LiveWithoutLimits #WeLocal #Bengaluru #Society_of_Women_Engineers #engineering #technology #networking #HP #SWE #Taiwan Laura Hung Jiyoung(Rachel) Lee Ria Dash Savita Pandharkar Sudha S Reddy Priyanka Mahesh Caroline Fiona Cruz Negi @Varun Paul Robichaud Karen Horting, CAE Jennifer Abman Scott

When I was consulting at Accenture I'll never forget the 98-page strategic doc we created for United Airlines. I was new at the time and despite the fact that it was impenetrable to the point of being Kafkaesque, I just thought "this must be how it's done." Later, I was put in charge of the pitch and, to the consternation of my peers who "consulted by the pound" I created an 8-page deck that won the $1 MM business. Point being, simplicity works. And, it's why I love the V/TO with all of my heart and soul. The Vision/Traction Organizer (a.k.a. V/TO) is a SMPLE but powerful tool designed to crystallize and communicate your company's vision and the steps necessary to achieve it. By distilling your vision into eight critical questions covering Core Values, focus, long-term targets, and marketing strategy, it creates a SIMPLE yet comprehensive framework. This clarity enables every member of your team to align with the company's direction, ensuring that everyone is working towards the same objectives with a clear understanding of their role in the journey. If you're ready for your business to break through the ceiling, download your Vision/Traction Organizer for free: https://lnkd.in/eeEhmUyH #EOS #VTO #SIMPLIFY #CLARIFY #accenture #acn #love #vision #traction #corevalues #corefocus #rocks

Sometimes, some things, work in ways that make so much sense, that you wonder what took it so long to come about. Like the newly minted inaugural edition of the TIME “World’s Best Companies 2023” ranking. Published online now https://infy.com/44Y4I5H . When you think about it, the cover of the TIME magazine has always been the benchmark of iconic stories and iconic people. Now, companies too can experience that high. For us at Infosys , being ranked at # 64, brings us pride that’s two-fold. One, we are among the top 3 global professional services firms on the list. Two, we’re also the only brand from India in the top 100 global rankings, and so super-excited to represent India on this world stage. This recognition truly belongs to every Infosys employee – because only the world’s best employees can make a company the world’s best. So, Congratulations Infoscions! #worldsbestcompanies #navigateyournext #purposefulleadership

Driving Innovation at Capgemini | LinkedIn's Top Voice for Networking | MBA Gold Medalist | 3x National Champion
If you have just entered the corporate world, READ THIS! 🤯 Recently, I had the privilege of meeting Sanjay Binyala - the Executive Vice President of Capgemini’s DCX Business Unit, India. The anticipation was palpable as I prepared to learn from his wealth of experience and insight. While he was here for a townhall meet, I found my moment to ask him a question that PLAGUES many, who are new to the corporate world: "What advice would you give to someone who has just started their corporate journey?" ⚡️ 🚨*Be able, Be available, Be self-aware* 🚨 🏆 To succeed, one must not only possess the skills necessary for the job but also be ACCESSIBLE and AVAILABLE. 🤓 Self-AWARENESS is the key; understanding one's strengths and areas for growth is the foundation of personal and professional development. 📚 Also emphasized on the importance of diversifying one's SKILL SET, encouraging me to pick up skills beyond the corporate’s defined role. 🫡 He encapsulated this idea with a quote that left a lasting impression: "If you have time, learn. If you have knowledge, teach someone else." His words have profoundly impacted my perspective on my corporate journey. I'm curious to know, what's the best piece of advice you've received as you embarked on your career path? Share your thoughts in the comment section! 🚀 #CareerAdvice #ProfessionalGrowth #Leadership #CorporateJourney #MyFirstJob #WordsOfWisdom
