The class will focus on stress relief and relaxation, guiding you through gentle poses and calming breathing techniques to help relieve tension. Never tried yoga before? No problem! This class is perfect for both beginners and experienced yogis. Can’t wait to see you on the mat. 👋 The class will be held in Room 326 of the Seattle Convention Center from 7 - 8 AM Thursday, June 13th.
