We have a variety of different projects happening at once, and most have an element of Programme Management.   They can take 3 key forms:   1. Delivery 📬 Projects where we are solely responsible for the delivery often have us sitting outside the business, answering a particular question. We just finished a detailed piece of market research for a major global company and used project management tools to get the required input from the client.   2. Support 🤝 Where we support delivery but are not the only group responsible, is the grey area where we have particular expertise relevant to a large programme of work. We've done this recently on a workforce management programme because we'd previously worked with the vendors and have rolled their solutions out multiple times. We use project management to manage delivery and hold the vendors to account.   3. Management 👉 Finally, where we are only focused on managing the project, our position is oversight — coordinating delivery and communications across the teams (and upwards) to make their lives easier. We're currently managing a significant integration of multiple wealth management businesses into a group; with so many moving parts, it's essential to have someone to sit over the programme who doesn’t get sucked into delivery.   If you have project management experience, we have an always open approach to hiring and would love to hear from you. Entry Level Position Everyone needs to start somewhere. Yet we're still seeing job postings looking for over 5 years of experience for entry level roles... 🙄 At the same time I'm seeing Mid-Senior level positions with lower pay than a first year teacher can make in NJ. 🤔 Make it make sense!
