Examples for me include: 🔥 The Schusterman Fellowship, run by Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies (currently winding down) 🔥 Damian Goldvarg, Ph.D., MCC, CSP, ESIA, ACTC "Coaching for Managers Program" run by Center for Nonprofit Management 🔥 Selah, a Rockwood Leadership Institute program for Jewish leaders run by Bend the Arc: A Jewish Partnership for Justice. 🔥 the Jeremiah Fellowship, a program of the progressive Jewish alliance, now part of Bend the Arc: A Jewish Partnership for Justice 🔥 THe i5, a self run peer to peer learning community w/ Gamal J. Palmer, Susan Goldberg, Yechiel Hoffman and Sarah Bassin- no organization here, just a group of peers learning together over the last 10 years! This one changed my life so significantly that I've written a book about the tools we use. We have learned that increased transparency is well worth it. Team members feel more trusted and included than before, and there’s greater trust in us as leaders. It is still scary from time to time, and we still sometimes miss opportunities to share important information with the team. Like pretty much everything with leadership, it is a continual learning edge for us. It is a path we are glad to be on.
