🎉 New Scientific Paper! 🎉 🙌 A new publication has been released by our colleagues Sarah De Cristofaro, Luca Rizzi, and Antonio Zingarofalo from #CETMA Department of New Technologies and Design. 📄 The paper, developed within KYKLOS40Project, is titled "KYKLOS 4.0 Product Personalisation Solution – a Tool for Enhancing User Experience During Online Medical Device Customisation." ♟ The objective of the study was to develop a tool, able to enhance the User Experience during the online customisation and order of #medical devices by making it as simple and immediate as it is for consumer goods (i.e., sunglasses or technical clothes). 💡 To guarantee an inclusive and intuitive purchase experience for customised medical devices, the authors subverted the conventional shopping paradigm where hours of technical time and many fitting sessions are required before product delivery, by allowing the user to completely configure the product from home.
