Shift planning is a critical process in many companies. Previous methods are often time-consuming, error-prone and inflexible, especially when changes are made at short notice. At #MORYX, we recognized the need to develop a new module to minimize these risks. Our goal is not only to offer our users a wider range of options for digitalizing their factory with MORYX, but also to ensure data consistency for the #DigitalFactory. We are currently working on an advanced shift planning module that is easy and quick to use, flexible to change and robust to errors. It will offer a user-friendly interface, provide clear structures for planning and at the same time take into account the individual needs of your employees. „Digitale Fabrik als Enabler für die wirtschaftliche Fertigung in Deutschland – bedarfsorientiert, kosteneffizient, zukunftsfähig“ Unter diesem Motto haben wir gemeinsam mit dem Maschinenraum eingeladen. Über 25 Teilnehmende sind nach Blomberg angereist, um gemeinsam zu diskutieren, zu netzwerken und sich gegenseitig zu inspirieren.   Der Maschinenraum ist ein Netzwerk von über 70 Familienunternehmen aus ganz Deutschland. The possibilities for setting up a digital factory are as individual as the products to be manufactured. MORYX offers many possibilities, so that the easiest route to the digital factory can be paved - this year we would like to introduce you to a building block every month. Industry 4.0 does not mean that manual workstations are a thing of the past. Quite the opposite - for certain activities, it is essential that they are carried out by hand. #MORYX supports this with a #WorkerSupport system that shows workers step by step which activity is to be carried out and how. The worker can not only indicate that a work step has been completed, but also whether good parts or rejects have been produced during quality checks.
