Copilot for product insights

Thank you Peggy Pan and Justin Chiang for inviting me to the panel on building AI products for tomorrow at Stanford University with Jay Chen Jason Schachter and Bastiane Huang Key takeaways: - building ai products right now is also helping users shift from deterministic thinking to probabilistic - best talents have extreme conviction in what is the minimum mvp needed to test the product assumption and market - domain expertise is still in high demand in vertical ai and will plays an even more important role in vertical AI than vertical sass

Yes 💯!!! The shift to probabilistic thinking is spot on.  It’s why I recommend AI training for all employees.  I start with hands on workshops first as a way to develop that type of thinking amongst a small group that can be advocates within a company.   if you launch a new tool internally without this inevitably people will run into issues, lose trust with the tool and stop using it.
