Recently, Noah Steiner, Manufacturing Engineer here at Monroe Truck Equipment, graduated from the Green County Leaders program. Green County Leaders is an educational program where individuals practice leadership skills, deepen their understanding of community issues, and prepare for leadership roles. This creates a network of active and visionary leaders who leverage their experience and expertise to benefit their community and organizations. Green County Leaders participants attend a full-day program once a month, held in various locations within Green County, from September through May. Participants take part in a team project and other activities to hone their leadership skills and positively impact the community. Noah and his team organized the “Open Doors Green County” event, where 15 organizations throughout Green County, including Monroe Truck Equipment, offered free behind-the-scenes tours. The intent of the event and tours was to provide the local community with a deeper understanding of our local businesses and help showcase all that Green County has to offer. We congratulate Noah on his achievement and thank him for representing our organization in the community. You did us proud!
