Mother nature was putting on a show for us last night during a long drive. The icing on the 🍰 after a meeting where we surveyed a key customer as part of our CI process. This particular meeting we took a couple things to improve on but overall our customer is very satisfied, a few quotes below. ❓How would you rate our On-Time Delivery? "Excellent, and although rare we get lots of communication and updates when something is going to change. This is not common across our suppliers." ❓How would you rate our packaging practices? "Please don't change them. Between you and our carrier we've never had any damage or claims, 95% come in a day". ❓What would you say we do best at NORD Gear Corporation ?
