☀ Last week I had the opportunity to host Numa's Customer Success Team in Tampa, FL for a two-day summit! It was amazing to finally meet my team in person and collaborate on how to drive value to our dealer partners. Here are my key takeaways from the event: 1️⃣ Quality Conversations with every Touchpoint: Defining quantifiable action plans that are based on the customers' goals. We need to transition from a company-led journey to a customer-led journey. Don't fall into the trap of trigger words & and scripts. Keep asking questions until we uncover the real hurt and create actionable goals to move the needle. 2️⃣ Being An Industry Expert: Staying up-to-date with industry trends allows us to provide the best possible support to our customers. If we aren't experts in our industry, how can we expect key players to trust us as a consultant to them? 3️⃣ Building Quality Relationships while meeting the customer where they want to be met. Finding the sweet spot of touchpoints will vary by customer, but what are we doing in between those scheduled meetings to show the customer we care about their continued success? Sharing relevant articles, highlighting wins, asking about their business, etc... I'm so excited to implement these takeaways and continue delivering exceptional value to our customers!
