We are delighted to share that the final competition of the MOL Group Growww program was held on June 14, where our newly graduated Growww employees presented their project ideas to the judges and to the audience. In this year's competition, jury members Branislav Vinter, Lana Faust Križan, Judit Campos, Andras Svebis, Tivadar Runtág and Robert Thomas P. made the decision about which of the 4 teams performed the best. We are proud to announce that MOL Group Procurement has been honoured as the Grand Winner of SAP Quality Awards 2023 in the CEE region. Over the past three years, MOL Group Procurement, Group IT and our recognized implementation partner, Bearing Point delivered outstanding results, implementing a Group level End-to-End sourcing suite, providing a standard process environment for procurement operation group-wide, enabling full process transparency and delivering significant productivity and leadtime improvement. The SAP Quality Award is a huge recognition and clear reflection on the quality, innovation, dedication, and collaboration that featured this project. Congratulations and keep up the good work!

MOL's new procurement center has opened its doors in Komárno, Slovakia! The new center closely collaborates with Selye János University, offering excellent opportunities for talented students to gain practical experience. A key consideration in designing the new office was creating a youthful and dynamic atmosphere where students are happy to work. The innovative work environment supports creative thinking and innovation. Participants in the internship program can engage in every step of the procurement processes and gain valuable experience. We are particularly pleased that, in addition to mentoring students, we can offer long-term career opportunities to the best performers. At MOL, we believe in the power of recognition, and that's why we created the Leader of the Year Awards to recognize and reward leadership excellence. In these times, we particularly need leaders who can provide solutions to challenges, lead the way for colleagues and provide the foundations on which we can build the energy industry of the future. New routing & scheduling software implemented at fuel distribution – MOL Logistics MOL Group Transportation Management initiated a routing and scheduling project to develop a standardized secondary fuel road distribution solution for MOL, INA and Slovnaft. Now this project has achieved its first milestone, go-live at MOL Hungary from May, 2024. This achievement reflects the exceptional teamwork of Logistics and ITD GBS, supported by Sales and Retail. This innovative technology of “bottomline” software transforms the way we optimize and automate route and delivery scheduling and inventory management. It transparently manages our deliveries with real-time tracking and notify wholesale customers and fuel stations of their orders status on time with updated estimated time of arrival. The software roll-out will continue at INA and Slovnaft in 2024-2025. This is a next step towards maintaining our status as a preferred fuel wholesaler in the region, in line with the MOL Group's Shape Tomorrow Strategy. #MOL

🚀 MOL Career Roadshow: A New Dimension in Career Choice 🌟 At the spring university job fairs, we met with over 600 students and added 150 talented applicants to the GROWWW program! 🎓✨ At the job fairs of BME, Corvinus, University of Miskolc, University of Debrecen, and University of Dunaújváros, we searched for the most talented young individuals to expand the GROWWW and internship programs. In addition to career opportunities, students were interested in MOL's long-term sustainability strategy and personal development opportunities, and many participated in first-round job interviews. The number of GROWWW applicants increased daily during our presence, ultimately resulting in 150 fresh graduates applying for the program. Appearing in offline spaces and building personal connections are crucial for us and are key to MOL's long-term success. #GROWWW #MOL

MOL Campus is the world's best office building! We are pleased to announce that MOL Campus has been awarded two first prizes at the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence in Singapore: the gold medal in the Office Building and in the Environmentally Sustainable Building categories, becoming the best office building globally. MOL's headquarter, inaugurated in December 2022, is a representative of the company's forward-thinking approach, commitment to sustainability and strategic role in the region's economy. The office building was designed to create a harmonious working environment and a comfortable atmosphere for employees, while a number of smart solutions keep the ecological footprint and operating costs low, while providing a high level of comfort. 

MOL E&P has successfully drilled a new appraisal oil well in Vecsés in central Hungary to further explore the oil field discovered in 2022. Test production of the Vecsés-1 well started with a production rate of 1,300 barrels per day, which will increase MOL Hungary's oil production by about 11% and Hungary's oil production by 6%. Following two successful wells drilled so far, we will soon start drilling a third well in the Vecsés oil field. "Every barrel of oil produced in Hungary contributes to reducing import dependency, so we intend to continue to maximize the potential of domestic hydrocarbon exploration," said Gyorgy Bacsa, Managing Director of MOL Hungary.

We are pleased to announce the completion of the rebranding of our extended network in Slovenia. Less than a year after acquiring OMV Slovenia, all our service stations are now branded as MOL and INA. Our customers can now enjoy top-quality EVO fuel at over 130 service stations, along with the special offers and discounts in the MOL MOVE loyalty app. Not only we've managed to build a great community of MOVE-users in the country but our hero products, Fresh Corner coffee and hot dogs, are already gaining popularity among Slovenian customers.   Thank you to our team and partners for making this milestone possible and we look forward to continuing our growth in Slovenia!
