Metrics can be leveraged by AI Assistants through Machine Learning (ML) to predict behavior and prescribe a helpful course of action. Example: - The company sells electronic equipment. - The AI Assistant rigorously captures customers behavior metrics (see post below). - Every interaction is capture in a well formatted data set. - The data is converted, standardized and normalized. - One of many ML algorithms is used to create Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics. - The ML algorithm establishes the existence of a pattern between end users asking about the length of a battery recharge and the number of products being returned. - The AI Assistant recognizes the pattern and proactively offers discounted batteries to the affected customers (after checking with its human supervisor). https://lnkd.in/gTwwbcYu

By connecting with Google Tag Manager, you now have greater insights into the end-to-end conversions happening on your website. Remote store management became a lot easier with our new Facility Map builder. Operators can quickly and easily draw each unit to its exact dimensions and create a bird's eye view of the latest developments at each facility (and floor!). KPIs were made clear and easily exportable from our new Analytics Dashboard. From occupancy levels to invoices and revenue, everything is shareable as a visually appealing PDF. Chasing and follow-ups became 'always on'. Message the right people at the right time with emails that automatically include customer information and trigger based on key events. Another important milestone was reached when we launched a prototype of our AI-powered chatbot, JaneGPT, for stress-testing against the most common questions being asked by your customers.
