🎓📈 𝑴𝒂𝒌𝒐 𝒂𝒕 𝑩𝒂𝒚𝒆𝒔 𝑩𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍, 𝑪𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝑳𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒐𝒏 Yesterday, Mako Trading visited Bayes Business School (𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘭𝘺 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘢𝘴 𝘊𝘢𝘴𝘴 𝘉𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘚𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘭), where we had an engaging session with a bright group of over 40 undergraduate and MSc students currently studying Business and Finance, with a number of them specialising in #Quantitative Trading. Our #earlycareers team, including seasoned professionals from Mako, shared insights about our business, focusing on our Graduate Trader and Software Engineering programmes. We're passionate about nurturing talent, and it was a pleasure to see so much enthusiasm and potential in one room. The highlight of the day was the Q&A session, where students posed thoughtful and challenging questions about the industry. Topics ranged from the nuances of market making versus other forms of trading, to the unique #culture and #values that give Mako that spark in the financial sector. We're proud to be part of a dialogue that shapes the future of finance and trading. A big thank you to #BayesBusinessSchool for hosting us, our team for their dedication, and to the students for their keen interest and insightful questions.
