We are pleased to announce the successful publication of our latest research paper "PSO-based optimal placement of electric vehicle charging stations in a distribution network in smart grid environment incorporating backward forward sweep method". This study presents a novel approach for the optimal placement of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations within a distribution network, leveraging Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) combined with the Backward Forward Sweep method. Our findings offer valuable insights for enhancing the efficiency and reliability of smart grid environments. Key highlights of the study involves integration of PSO for optimal station placement, use of Backward Forward Sweep method for load flow analysis and Improved network performance and reduced power losses. We believe this publication will significantly contribute to the ongoing advancements in smart grid technologies and sustainable transportation solutions.
