After a full week of #AI at #aigg23 let’s throw in some M&A. I finished this one some time ago but have found myself referring back to it a lot. This version was published in 2019. Should we expect the next edition to be twice the page count as we attempt to determine whether the target’s AI is ethical, unbiased, and compliant? If you google, AI in M&A transactions, you’ll find any number of AI based solutions to streamline the M&A due diligence process. Will the AI check the AI? #aigovernance #mergersandacquisitions #privacybydesign #privacylaw #dglawny #aioverload
