Hello, everyone. One of my former PhD students is working on her dissertation. She is trying to recruit participants to her study. If you are interested, please read her recruitment information below. If you meet the eligibility criteria, you can participate (and in research like this, the larger the sample of participants, the better for the analysis). Thank you for considering! Survey Information: The survey takes approximately 50 minutes, and it asks you to look at fake and real news (conservative, liberal, and non-partisan), answer questions about the media system, and answer Likert-scale questions about your emotions. Know that there are no expectations for performance, we are all navigating content within the digital world, and this study is being conducted because we have more questions than answers. To be eligible, you must be at least 18 years old, a United States citizen, have used social media for at least a year, and have interacted with content (read, liked, messaged, posted) on that account. My research lab is recruiting employees who work in healthcare and human services for a study on work-related stressors. Below is the IRB-approved recruitment message: Are you at least 18 years of age, living in the United States, employed, and working in healthcare or human services? If so, please consider taking our research survey to gather information on work conditions that impact well-being. The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, and your participation is voluntary. The National Road Safety Partnership Program (NRSPP) and Monash University Accident Research Centre (MUARC) is conducting a research project to form a campaign concerning fitness for duty among people who drive as their occupation. You are eligible to participate in this research project if you: a) are aged 18 years or older, b) live in Australia, c) are an active driver for you occupation (i.e., at least once per week) using any vehicle. I strongly encourage employers and Health and Safety professionals to consider sharing with your driving workforce so that we can get as large a data set as possible. Participation in this research project involves completing an online survey that will take approximately 15-20 minutes related to: your demographic information (e.g., age, gender, etc.) and your experience of driving for work in Australia.
